If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

• Identification of the removed material and its former location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction.

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.

In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
