Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

If you submit content (articles, videos, comments, or other materials), you retain ownership of your content but grant TAM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute it in connection with the Services. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may review, edit, or remove content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms or our Editorial Policy.

Except for user content and third-party materials, the Services and their content are owned by TAM or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law (e.g. fair use / fair dealing).

The Services may contain links to and embeds of third-party content (such as YouTube videos and advertisements). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; your use of them is governed by their respective terms and policies.

The Services may display advertising, including via third-party ad networks. Ads may be personalized subject to your consent and applicable law. Sponsored content, where present, is identified as such.

The Services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAM and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAM from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may modify the Services or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our principal place of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available to you.
